Crosby Law Firm has represented cities, towns, counties, and public boards and commissions in actions ranging from nuisance abatement, zoning appeals, tax sale challenges, actions to quiet title, and Freedom of Information Act challenges. Elise Crosby, former president and board member of the S.C. Municipal Attorneys’ Association, has also been selected to testify before the S.C. Senate sub-committee regarding the FOIA. Joe Crosby represents private clients in land use cases and Board of Education matters. Both Joe and Elise practice government, zoning, and land use law in circuit court and on appeal.
